Prenatal Yoga
Mondays: 5:30 - 6:45pm
A gentle Yoga class to enjoy this special time & prepare for birth.  Stretch, strengthen & make space in the body, encourage relaxation in the midst of discomfort, use the breath to calm the mind & body.

Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays: 10:30 - 11:45 am
A "feel good" class with a focus on joints, slow stretches,
increasing energy & vitality, & gently building strength & stamina. 
All poses can be modified to meet where your at.

Come out & enjoy learning the poses, stretches & techniques of yoga.

Prenatal & Partner Yoga Blend
Saturdays: 10:30 - 11:45am
For partners who wish to be more involved during pregnancy
& birth, & for the women who will benefit from their support. 
This class will engage both partners with: individual exercises to stretch, strengthen & release tension, partner exercises, &
supportive practices for the birth partner to care for mom to be. 
Partners of all varieties welcome.
8 weeks $240/pair
 
The above classes are taught by Darlene (Varnadevi) Tindall,
a Yoga teacher, Reiki Master & student of Eden Energy Medicine. 
She has a deep passion for assisting her students & clients to
navigate their individual transformational healing process.
Darlene's unique style blends: energy medicine,
yoga, reiki, mantra & metaphysics.
 
Her classes are welcoming, playful, informative & inspiring. 
They will leave you feeling restored in mind & body,
expanded in self awareness, & open to new possibilities.
 
All participants are encouraged to pre-register for classes. 
But, late registrants & drop-ins are always welcome.
