Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" & techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. It is based on the idea that "life force energy" flows through us, and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more cabable of being happy & healthy.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Reiki is an alternative/complimentary holistic therapy. Energy is directed to the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies, which can bring healing & balance to all levels of your being. Reiki is performed by a Reiki Master, educated in the Usui method of Reiki, who has received special attunements, symbols & education to deliver the healing of Reiki. Reiki therapy releases blocked energy. Blocked energy left untreated over time leads to "dis-ease", pain, depression, confusion & general ill-health.
Reiki therapy is most comfortably performed with the client fully clothed rested on a massage bed. One hour of Reiki therapy is equivalent to 6 hours of sound sleep...this allows the body to heal at the cellular level, bringing harmony to your physical, emotional & spiritual self. In it's long history of use, it has aided in healing virtually every known illness & injury. Many have reported miraculous results.

Known as "Champissage" in India, Indian Head Massage is part of the ancient healing system of Ayurveda - the science of life, which is probably the oldest recorded form of medical treatment, dating back thousands of years.
This massage aims to re-establish the body's natural balance by restoring & preserving physical, emotional & spiritual health.
It incorporates the massage of shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp & face. It is a highly effective therapy to provide relief from aches & pains. It is also know for relieving symptoms of stress, insomnia & headaches. This unique massage focuses mainly on the scalp area, which includes energy work focused on the three upper chakras.
